Agreement and provider.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the WonderFilm iOS application and related websites or services (together, "WonderFilm" or the "Service"). WonderFilm is provided by GloaDi LLC ("GloaDi", "we", "us" or "our").

By downloading, installing or using WonderFilm, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Apple terms.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase.

WonderFilm is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for App Store distribution, those Apple terms control for that issue.

These Terms are between you and GloaDi, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for WonderFilm or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable licensed-application terms and may enforce them.

License to use WonderFilm.

Subject to these Terms and Apple rules, GloaDi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WonderFilm on Apple devices you own or control.

You may use WonderFilm for personal and commercial filming. The license does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, built-in color assets, interface or brand.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, sublicense or redistribute the app or a substantial part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Remove ownership notices or misrepresent WonderFilm or GloaDi as your product.
• Bypass purchase validation or technical limits intended to protect the Service.
• Use WonderFilm in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Your footage and responsibilities.

You own the video and photos you create with WonderFilm. GloaDi does not claim ownership of your footage. You may publish, license, sell and monetize that finished content.

WonderFilm is local-first and does not retain a cloud copy of your recordings. You are responsible for choosing a save destination, confirming available storage and backing up important work.

You are also responsible for:

• Having the right to record people, places, music, trademarks or copyrighted material in your footage.
• Obtaining consent, releases or permits required by local law.
• Reviewing footage before professional delivery or publication.
• Using safe practices; do not operate WonderFilm when doing so would distract from driving or another dangerous activity.

Optional sign-in and local data.

A WonderFilm profile is optional. You can use the camera without creating one. If you choose Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining access to that Apple ID and for the information you choose to share through Apple.

Profile-sync services are currently offline, so optional sign-in state remains local. App Store purchases are associated with the Apple ID used for payment and do not depend on a WonderFilm profile.

Deleting the app may remove local preferences, imported LUTs or optional profile information. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase Apple's purchase record.

Wonder Pro and payments.

Wonder Pro may be available as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store purchase sheet shows the product, local price, taxes, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm.

Subscriptions

• Apple charges the Apple ID used for purchase after confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's terms.
• You can manage or cancel it in the subscriptions section of Apple ID settings.
• Canceling stops future renewal; Pro remains active through the paid period.

Lifetime purchase

A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing entitlement to Wonder Pro in the current WonderFilm application for as long as GloaDi makes that application and entitlement available. It does not promise that every future product, separate app or unrelated service will be included.

Restoration and refunds

Use the same Apple ID and WonderFilm's Restore Purchases control to ask StoreKit to restore an eligible purchase. Apple processes payments and refund requests. Refund eligibility is determined under Apple's policies and applicable consumer law; requests can be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use.

Do not use WonderFilm to:

• Break privacy, surveillance, consent or intellectual-property laws.
• Record or distribute abusive, exploitative or unlawful material.
• Interfere with purchase verification, app security or normal device operation.
• Introduce malicious code or misuse future network features.
• Mislead others into believing that GloaDi endorses your content.

We may limit access to future online services when reasonably necessary to protect users, GloaDi or the Service, while respecting applicable consumer rights.

WonderFilm intellectual property.

GloaDi and its licensors retain all rights in WonderFilm, including its software, design, text, logos, built-in looks, presets and other assets.

You may use the visual result of built-in WonderFilm looks in finished video and photos, including commercial work. You may not extract, package, redistribute, license or resell the underlying built-in LUTs or color assets as standalone files.

You retain rights in LUTs you import. You are responsible for having permission to use them. Importing a LUT does not give GloaDi ownership of it.

Compatibility and availability.

Camera features depend on the iPhone, iOS version, active lens, selected resolution, frame rate, codec, available storage, connected accessories and Apple frameworks. Apple Log, ProRes, particular frame rates or external recording may not be available in every combination.

We may improve, change, add or remove features to maintain compatibility, safety and product quality. We do not guarantee that WonderFilm will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every future device or operating-system change.

Back up important recordings. WonderFilm is not a substitute for an on-set backup process.

Disclaimers and liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderFilm is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GloaDi and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost footage arising from use of WonderFilm.

Where liability cannot be excluded, GloaDi's aggregate liability arising from WonderFilm will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for WonderFilm in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50, unless applicable law requires a higher amount or different remedy.

Termination, changes and law.

You may stop using WonderFilm at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription; cancellation is handled in Apple ID settings.

Your license may end if you materially violate these Terms. Pro purchase rights remain subject to Apple terms, applicable law and valid payment status.

We may update these Terms when the Service or law changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept them, except where law requires another form of agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where GloaDi LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and your right to bring a claim in a legally required local forum are not limited.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable Apple terms form the agreement for your use of WonderFilm.
